1. Executive Summary

This document is provided primarily for transparency and blockchain explorer verification purposes.

WDU Trust Token (WDU) is an independently maintained blockchain-based digital token developed under the BEP-20 standard on the BNB Smart Chain.

The project is designed with a focus on transparency, verifiable smart contract behavior, and simplicity. WDU Trust does not represent an investment product and is not intended to generate financial returns.

The smart contract was deployed with a fixed total supply. No minting, burning, taxation, or administrative control mechanisms exist within the contract.

2. Project Overview

WDU Trust was created to provide a simple and transparent utility token for educational, experimental, and community-oriented blockchain use cases.

The project emphasizes open documentation, public verification, and consistency across all official resources, including the website, source code repository, and blockchain explorer data.

There was no token sale, fundraising event, or distribution offering associated with the project.

3. Token Specifications

The WDU Trust Token adheres to the BEP-20 standard, ensuring compatibility with BNB Smart Chain wallets and decentralized applications.

4. Smart Contract Security

The contract implements only standard BEP-20 functions without additional features that could introduce vulnerabilities.

No third-party audits were conducted as the contract uses verified standard implementations.

Users are encouraged to independently verify the contract code before interaction.

5. Use Cases

WDU Trust is intended for:

It is not designed for commercial, financial, or speculative applications.

6. Governance & Maintenance

The project is maintained by the founder with no formalized governance model.

Updates are limited to documentation and public resources only, as the smart contract is immutable.

7. Risk Disclosure

Interaction with blockchain tokens carries inherent risks, including technical failures and network issues.

WDU Trust provides no warranties or guarantees of functionality.

Users assume all responsibility for their actions.

8. Legal Disclaimer

This is not legal or financial advice.

WDU Trust complies with applicable open-source and blockchain standards but makes no claims regarding regulatory status.

9. Contact Information

For verification or documentation-related inquiries, contact the official email.

No support is provided for token usage or technical integration.

10. Project Founder Declaration

15. Token Distribution Disclosure

100% of the supply was minted to the deployer address at contract creation.

No pre-mined allocations, team reserves, or community distributions exist.

16. No Affiliation Statement

WDU Trust is not affiliated with Binance, Trust Wallet, or any other entity.

The name "Trust" refers solely to transparency principles.

17. Founder Involvement Confirmation

The founder maintains all project resources.

This declaration is provided to meet blockchain explorer transparency and verification requirements.

18. Additional Compliance Notes for Blockchain Explorers

All provided information, including logos, descriptions, and links, adheres to blockchain explorer guidelines such as those from BscScan. Logos are available in compliant formats (SVG 32x32 and PNG 64x64), descriptions are neutral and free of exaggerated claims, and all links are fully accessible and verifiable. The project avoids any form of impersonation, financial promotion, or misleading representations to ensure full compliance and transparency during review processes.

19. Token Holding & Deployment Wallet Disclosure

At the time of smart contract deployment, one hundred percent (100%) of the total WDU Trust Token supply was assigned to the deploying wallet.

This wallet was used solely for contract deployment and initial token creation as defined by the BEP-20 standard.

No token distribution, sale, transfer event, or allocation program was conducted at or after deployment.

The presence of tokens in the deployer wallet does not represent:

The deployer wallet functions as a transparent on-chain holding address, fully visible and verifiable through BNB Smart Chain explorers.

All token balances and movements (if any) remain publicly auditable and subject to independent verification.

20. Non-Custodial & No Control Statement

The WDU Trust Token smart contract does not grant the deployer or any address special privileges, administrative rights, or control mechanisms.

Holding tokens in a wallet does not provide the ability to:

Token ownership is governed solely by the immutable smart contract logic and standard BEP-20 transfer rules.

21. Explorer Transparency Confirmation

The disclosure of token holding status is provided explicitly to meet blockchain explorer transparency and review requirements.

All information presented in this document is consistent with on-chain data, the verified smart contract source code, and public records available on BNB Smart Chain explorers, including BscScan.
